Technical support
We aim to respond to any issues you have within 48 hours. We monitor emails and servers seven days a week and get notified of any issues within an hour ourselves.
If we are unable to solve your problem immediately we will let you know within 48 hours what the projected timeframe is for resolving the issue.
In the first instance the best thing to do is to email your issue to the appropriate email address below. Your email will be logged and entered into a ticket system. You will get an automatic reply to let you know we have received your email into our support system.

Domain names terms and conditions
We book domains for you or for your company and depending on the naming authority put ourselves down as the admin contact and the technical contact but you or your organisation is always listed as the owner or registrant.
We do not hold any claim over your domains and we are willing and happy to release the domain name to another provider or direct it to another hosting company on your command. We do not charge for this unless we incur a cost for the transfer and assuming your invoices with us are up to date. We endeavor to make this process as seamless as possible.
We will automatically renew your domains for a year at the price you booked them for. If there is an increase in the costs to us we will let you know ahead of time at least 30 days in advance of the renewal.
To make sure your services do not lapse or suffer any break we AUTOMATICALLY renew your domain. If you wish to cancel your domain you MUST INFORM US 30 days before the renewal date by email to registrations@lexoweb.net.
Email up and running within 24 hours
We can set up your email as you fast as you need it. We provide email forwarding, spam protection, virus screening, server-level blocking, gmail, exchange, IMAP and POP.

Spam attacks, cloaking, phishing, odd things happening to your email
It is an unfortunate fact of modern digital life that our email is not always as secure as we hope it is.
We take every precaution to make sure our servers are secure and protected from hacking, malicious threats and virus attacks. But there are many ways that someone can get hold of your email address and cause harm and we are not able to ward off all threats.
If you think this has happened to you or that you are receiving a crazy amount of spam, or someone appears to be sending email from your account, please let us know as soon as possible.
The best way to let us know is to forward a copy of the email to us to abuse@lexoweb.net and we will investigate within 24 hours. It can sometime take a while, once we’ve been notified, for us to hear back from blacklists and other services, and can take unto two-three days for a blocked email to unblocked. Rest-assured that we will keep you informed about how the process is progressing as well as giving you links to how you can monitor and check this yourself.
